With the click of a button, you can add or remove auto-ship items at any time or cancel your membership. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!To change your auto-ship options simply navigate to the members section of the site and click on “Manage Auto-Ship Items” button. Then click on the “Reset Auto-Ship” button at the bottom of the page to clear all the items previously scheduled for delivery. Then click on the “Order Treats” button to add a new list of auto-ship items and quantities for future deliveries.You can request a time of month when you prefer your membership shipment to arrive by one of the two following methods:
