Cognitive Support:
Full Petential’s OmegaSure™ Supplement for Dogs contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and other Omega 3 fatty acids from both algae and salmon as well as antioxidants from tomato and blueberries® that help reduce degenerative effects of oxidative damage.
DHA is an essential fatty acid that is found in high concentration in the gray matter of the brain. DHA is instrumental in the function of brain cell membranes, which are important for the transmission of brain signals. By making cell membranes more fluid, omega-3 fatty acids, especially DHA, improve communication between brain cells.
Recent studies have indicated that puppies fed a regimen of DHA were more trainable than puppies that were not fed DHA. Studies have also shown that DHA supplementation in dogs reduces aggressive behavior.
Skin and Coat Improvement:
Linoleic acid (which is a primary omega-6 essential fatty acid) has been demonstrated to be an important fatty acid in maintaining healthy skin and coat in dogs. However, when there are inflammatory skin conditions, an excessive intake of omega-6 fatty acids will exacerbate these conditions and worsen the symptoms, such as excessive itching, scratching and licking.
Dog foods have been traditionally high in omega-6 fatty acids, which tend to promote and exacerbate inflammatory skin lesions. Arachidonic acid, a derivative of the essential omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid, is the precursor of a series of potent pro-inflammatory factors called prostaglandins and leukotrienes that cause skin flares, itching, and pain.
Full Petential’s OmegaSure™ formula contains highs amounts of the longer chain omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) to counter act the detrimental effect caused by high omega-6 fatty acids in the diet and improves the general condition your pet. Additionally, EPA and DHA have been found to reduce the expression of a key enzyme that converts arachidonic acid into powerful inflammatory prostaglandins.
Heart Healthy:
Full Petential’s OmegaSureTM formula for dogs contains a high level of Omega 3 fatty acids renewable algae and dried salmon. These essential fatty acids have been shown to decrease triglycerides levels and decrease growth rate of atherosclerotic plaque.

Feeding Instructions:
Full Petential’s DHA OmegaSure™ supplement for dogs is packaged in individual oxygen barrier sachets to ensure product quality. Apply topically to your pet's favorite wet or dry food! The daily amount may be split between meals.
For best results use daily.
